Information you share

The quote form collects your name, email address, delivery area, selected products and enquiry. Business name and phone number are optional. Please do not include payment-card details or identity documents.

How it is used

CaterAxis Equipment uses your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and discuss supply and delivery requirements. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Hosting and storage

Enquiries are emailed to the CaterAxis sales mailbox using the hosting provider, Domains.co.za. Information may be processed by that provider to host this website and deliver email. The website also keeps short-lived technical records to limit spam and abuse. Your equipment basket is stored in your browser and contains product codes and quantities, not your contact details.

Cookies and external links

A necessary session cookie protects the enquiry form. The site has no advertising or analytics trackers. Manufacturer datasheets and product links open external websites, whose own privacy practices apply.

Questions and requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion of enquiry details, email sales@cateraxis.co.za. Information is kept while needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business records; applicable record-keeping obligations may affect deletion.
